Terms of Service

These terms apply when you visit realmhq.app, create an account, use RealmHQ tools, join an alliance workspace, or purchase a subscription. By using RealmHQ, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and meet the minimum age required for online services where you live. If you use RealmHQ for an alliance, you confirm that you are allowed to act for that group.

RealmHQ is an independent, unofficial companion that organizes game-visible directory information and provides player and alliance planning tools. RealmHQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Century Games.

Directory records can be incomplete, delayed, or changed in the game after RealmHQ was last updated. RealmHQ is an aid for players, not an official record, and you remain responsible for decisions made from the information shown.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in account secure and for activity performed through it. Tell us promptly if you believe access has been compromised.

Alliance workspaces are shared environments. Owners and officers are responsible for choosing members, assigning access, and removing people who should no longer participate. Other workspace members may see information and actions you share there.

Use RealmHQ fairly and lawfully. You must not:

• break the law, infringe another person’s rights, impersonate someone, or submit deceptive information;
• probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with security, access controls, rate limits, or service operation;
• overload RealmHQ, use abusive automation, or access data or workspaces you are not authorized to use;
• misuse gift-code, notification, invitation, or community features to spam, harass, defraud, or disrupt others; or
• resell, copy, or commercially exploit RealmHQ or its data except with our written permission.

We may limit or suspend activity that threatens players, providers, the service, or the wider community.

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions. Plus is currently listed at $15 per month. Alliance access is funded toward a shared $35 monthly total, and eligible members may contribute available monthly amounts toward that total. The final price, currency, taxes, renewal date, and plan details are shown before payment.

Stripe processes payments. Your subscription renews automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel it through the billing portal; unless checkout or law states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Alliance contributions fund access for the selected shared workspace; they do not create ownership, equity, or a claim against another member. Shared paid access can pause or end if total active funding falls below the plan requirement.

Payments are generally non-refundable for a partially used period, except where required by law or where we confirm a duplicate charge or billing error. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including any withdrawal or cooling-off right that applies to you.

RealmHQ’s software, interface, writing, and brand are protected by intellectual-property law. Game names, art, and other game materials belong to their respective owners.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give RealmHQ a limited permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the service. You confirm that you have the right to submit it.

RealmHQ is evolving. We may add, change, limit, or remove features and may perform maintenance or respond to events outside our control. We will try to communicate material changes, especially changes to paid features, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

To the extent permitted by law, RealmHQ is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that directory information will be complete, current, or suitable for a particular decision.

To the extent permitted by law, RealmHQ is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Any total liability arising from paid use will not exceed the amount you paid RealmHQ during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, including liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You may stop using RealmHQ at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, a security risk, unlawful activity, or when required by law. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

The laws applicable to the RealmHQ operator govern these terms, without taking away mandatory consumer protections or courts available to you under the law where you live.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be announced before they take effect where required. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply.
