Who this policy covers
This policy explains how RealmHQ handles personal information when you visit realmhq.app, sign in, join an alliance workspace, use directory tools, or contact support.
RealmHQ is an independent, unofficial companion for LordRush players. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Century Games.
Information we collect
Account information
When you sign in with Discord or Google, we receive the account identifier, display name, email address, and profile image that the provider makes available. A Discord sign-in may also provide your Discord identifier and connection status.
RealmHQ activity
We store the choices and records needed to provide the service, such as your selected Lord, alliance access, watchlists, comparisons, schedules, responses, operations, targets, gift-code activity, notification preferences, and support messages.
Optional product telemetry
If you enable product telemetry in your account privacy controls, we record the RealmHQ product area you opened, whether it remained active for at least 15 seconds, a broad visit-length range, the event time, and a pseudonymous account code. Product telemetry does not contain your name, email, IP address, device profile, precise coordinates, player or alliance keys, or activity on other websites.
Directory information
RealmHQ displays game-visible directory information such as Lord and alliance names, realm, rank, power, portrait, and historical changes. This information is not treated as your account information unless you connect it to your RealmHQ account.
Billing and technical information
If you subscribe or contribute to an alliance plan, Stripe processes your payment details. RealmHQ receives billing identifiers, subscription status, amount, renewal and cancellation status, and related transaction records. We do not store your full card number. Our hosting and network systems may process IP address, device, and browser information in short-lived technical logs needed to deliver and protect the service. RealmHQ security records contain the sign-in provider, time, result, and a pseudonymous account code.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- authenticate your account and keep your session secure;
- provide directory, comparison, alliance, schedule, watchlist, alert, and gift-code features;
- manage subscriptions, alliance contributions, access, and customer support;
- send the Discord notifications or reminders you choose to enable;
- protect RealmHQ, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability; and
- understand which RealmHQ product areas are useful when you have enabled optional product telemetry; and
- meet accounting, tax, legal, and regulatory obligations.
Depending on the context, we rely on performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing RealmHQ, your consent for optional notifications and optional product telemetry, and compliance with legal obligations. Product telemetry is off by default and is not required to use RealmHQ.
Retention and security
We retain account and workspace information while your account or workspace is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. Billing and transaction records may be kept longer where required for tax, accounting, dispute, or legal purposes. RealmHQ security, product telemetry, and staff operational log records are automatically removed after 30 days. Product telemetry linked to your account is also deleted immediately when you turn it off. A minimal record of your telemetry consent choice is retained for up to 24 months for accountability. Infrastructure logs and backups follow separate limited recovery and security schedules.
We use access controls, encryption where appropriate, and operational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can enable, withdraw, and review optional product telemetry from Privacy controls. Withdrawing consent stops future product telemetry and deletes existing optional product events for your account. You can also disconnect optional notifications, leave an alliance workspace, manage billing through the customer portal, and ask us to access, correct, export, or delete account information. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your data-protection authority.
Send a request from the email connected to your RealmHQ account to support@realmhq.app. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.
International processing
RealmHQ and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, providers use recognized transfer safeguards and contractual protections. Their privacy notices describe their processing locations and safeguards in more detail.
Children
RealmHQ is not intended for children who are below the minimum age required to consent to an online service where they live. If you believe a child provided personal information without valid permission, contact us so we can review and remove it.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as RealmHQ changes. Material changes will be announced in the service or community, and the date at the top of this page will change.
For privacy questions or requests, email support@realmhq.app.
