  2. Check the active hero skill, King Skill, city bonus, or appointment.
  3. Add the combined time of any speedups you plan to use.
  4. Open Advanced only when you need separate bonuses, reductions, help, or inventory counts.
The formula

How RealmHQ handles the timer

Checked speed bonuses are added together and increase the rate of work. Direct time reductions are then applied one at a time. Help time and speedups come last.

adjusted = base ÷ (1 + speed / 100)final = adjusted × reductions − help − speedups

Building time FAQ

How is LordRush building time calculated?

Choose the building and levels to fill the base timer automatically. Check the active preset bonuses, add any remaining construction speed, and enter the speedup time you plan to use. Advanced options can separate additional bonuses, reductions, help, and inventory.

Why does +100% building speed halve the timer?

A speed bonus increases the rate of work. At +100%, work happens at twice the base rate, so the timer is divided by two.

Should a direct time reduction be added to building speed?

No. A direct reduction removes a percentage from the already-adjusted timer, so it belongs in the separate time-reduction section.
